Sometimes subtle, sometimes outright provocative; Jamie is always inventive and meticulous in his color and cutting. His unique skill set has been carefully honed over the last 16 years with advanced training in California, Atlanta, DC, and New York City. And he served for over 10 years as an advanced color technique and products educator for Davines| Parma.
Hoang Ma

Hoang has been in the barbering industry for over 3 years. He loves music, fashion, food, sports, just to name a few. He has a real passion for the creative and craftsmanship side of his trade. And also meeting, building cool/meaningful relationships with clients of different backgrounds in his chair. He specializes in all men’s and women’s hair with styles that range from close shave skin fades to pixies and mullets!
Kate Beasley

Kate began working towards her cosmetology career in high school. She has passion for all things hair but fell in love with lived-in color, in the chair as well as behind it. She strives to make women feel beautiful and help them love their hair longer. Kate is the stylist for you if you are seeking a quality service, a laugh and a friend!

Caroline has been in the industry coming up on 10 years and she has loved every second of it! Caroline and her husband have two beautiful Australian Cattle Dogs and they enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring all of Richmonds beauty! She found the beauty industry to be exciting and so empowering for all people we really do magic behind the chair! She loves connecting with all her clients so when they leave they feel refreshed and more polished!

Welcome to The Green Room, Michael AKA The Blowout King! His mission is to Empower & Inspire Healthy Styled Hair for the Modern Woman. He has been in the industry for a decade with his only focus being Blowouts. Michael’s journey started at a Blow Dry Bar where he learned the foundations of blowouts. After a year of training, he transitioned into an independent stylist. Not only does Michael offer a great blowout, he also offers training to clients that need assistance on their hair journey, as well as training other stylists on blowouts.

Ashley and her wife recently welcomed their daughter to the world and she spends most of her free time with them and their three dogs.

While they have enjoyed working with fashion colors and precision cutting, their primary focus is on gender-affirming, lived-in, and wearable haircuts for the queer community. From the start of their career, Rosie has been committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable receiving self-care, no matter how they identify. They strive to provide realistic, achievable, and maintainable styles that help clients feel more at home in their own bodies.

Donovan is a Seasoned Hairstylist bringing over 15 years of beauty expertise from the West coast to the East coast. He is a Hair Artist that specializes in Hair Extensions, Wedding Styling, Blonding and Dimensional Hair Color, and Hair Loss Solutions.
